Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged, and received for processing within 30 days from the date of purchase. In the case of an accepted exchange, you will receive a brand new set, with a 30-day window for exchange on that new set according to the date of the exchange. In the event that we are unable to offer an exchange due to no stock or other reasons, NetgearStore.sg reserves the right to offer a comparable item at a similar or higher value (with top-up), or completely deny exchange.

For Warranty/RMA matters, please contact us at (Phone) +65 64944879, or (email) sales@netgear.com, and we will attempt to troubleshoot the issue for you. If the issue persists, we may advise you to send your item in to you nearest authorized RMA Center. For more details, please visit our Warranty/RMA page.

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you, or assigned to your email address.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he/she will find out about your return.

Shipping

Shipping within Singapore for all Netgear items are free. For returns, exchanges, RMA services, cancellations, the buyer is responsible for shipping fees. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
