    Alvin is excellent in knowledge and did a fantastic installation work for my Orbi 963. He is patient and knows the system well and after investigating my house he was able to set up the whole sue stem was ease and confident.

    Alvin and Cedric from kaira group (NetGear SG)were amazing in their support. Absolutely worth it. To be fair my Orbi 970 fail to connect to Singtel internet after 2 weeks in and after troubleshooting turns out I have to do a reset so meaning I have to relink all my home iOT appliances up but these support guys came through so that says it all.
