In the case of defective item, we may either replace or refund your order so long as this is within 30 days from the date of purchase from our store.
Once you have brought the defective product to our service center, our team will proceed to diagnose the defect and update you on the status of the repair over the next few working days.
Depending on the case (and availability of stock) NetgearStore.sg reserves the right to either refund your purchase, replace your defective item, or offer you an equivalent product as replacement or upgrade (topup may be needed).
Should you wish to cancel your order prior to despatch, we shall refund your payment promptly. Do kindly note, however, that we are unable to refund the transaction fee that PayPal or your credit card issuer would have charged. While refunding the balance, we shall, as a standard practice, provide a supporting screenshot of this non-refundable portion.
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you, or assigned to your email address.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he/she will find out about your return.
Shipping within Singapore for all Netgear items are free. For returns, exchanges, RMA services, cancellations, the buyer is responsible for shipping fees. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
