- Product Model number and Serial number
- Date of purchase & Invoice number
- Location of purchase
- Details of the trouble with your product or defect. (Setup arrangement, any changed settings etc)
One we receive your email, please allow for 2-3 business days while we verify that your product is still covered under warranty, and we forward your issue to our relevant product support experts.
