Very satisfied with the product. Easy installation and great App with good instructions and easy procedural instructions.
Great product with high speed but wifi speaker seems to keep dropping from the router. It also strange that device keep connecting to the satellite that is further away.
There should be an option allowing users to decide which satellite device are connected to.
To face the quarantine with a strong Internet connection, I bought a nighthawk mk63 WiFi 6 with 2 satellites. Overall the experience has been good starting with a well build netgear website and an excellent purchase experience,then an ultra fast delivery (2 days only). The setup has been quite ok and I had a very specific issue for which I contacted the support and was helped quickly and efficiently ==> an other good point for netgear service. Finally where I am a bit less happy is the product itself as I have had a few loss of connections and difficult time to connect from time to time (stuck at obtaining an IP address). Not saying that the product is bad at all, the Internet speed is ultra fast and the satellites are helping me having a full coverage of the WiFi. It is just that I think it still need a little bit of updates in term of hardware and should be great at the end.
So overall, I do recommand.
